Frequently Asked Questions

Q: My Magicard printer "isn't recognised"?

A: Make sure you run the driver before plugging in the printer. Remove the device from device manager while the printer is plugged in and restart your computer.

Q: Does the printer include any cards or ribbons to get started?

A: No. Any accessories such as printer ribbons or blank plastic cards are not included and will have to be bought separately from our website.

The Magicard 600 offers high quality vibrant print quality with 600 dpi monochrome for high resolution printing of text. Designed specifically for ease of use with Wi-Fi connectivity it takes just 30 seconds to set up and be ready to print. Packed with advanced security features like a built in holokote and a 3-year manufacturer warranty the Magicard 600 is a great printer for all types of plastic card print jobs.

WiFi connectivity as standard via supplied dongle, – IEEE 802.11b/g/n compliant with connection of speeds up to 300Mbps. Supports WPA and WPA2 encrypted connection (access point dependent)..
