Staff ID Cards & ID Badges

Ordered ID badges and holders from Eleanor who was very persistent, polite, patient and thorough. We had quite a few issues with the designers not quite getting the design accurate to what I'd sent over which spanned several days, but Eleanor persisted and remained incredibly patient during it all and eventually, she got the exact design we wanted organised with their designers and previewed our end and approved. Eleanor was a saint in this regard, I'm not sure I'd have been able to be as patient having to liaise between the designers and myself!
Unfortunately, the original order never arrived despite being dispatched so ended up speaking to Phoebe who re-sent the order. Phoebe was again lovely, patient, polite and thorough etc.

Unfortunately the re-send due to the way the system works didn't include the clear ID holders, so called again and spoke to manager Helen, who swiftly reassured me she'd resend today and we'd receive after the weekend. Helen was all of the above, which was really helpful and reassuring as I didn't want to have to bother them again!

Really grateful to these three for persisting and sorting out the issues we had. We'll definitely order again when we need to, thank you to the team for sorting everything!

Helen from Cardhero has been fantastic. Within the same day we requested a change of company logo, change of address, and all was completed immediately on the same day. Quality of cards is great. Design is great. Fantastic customer service.

Everything is turned around quickly, platform is effortless and easy to use, artwork update requests are usually done within a few hours, delivery is usually quick. Staff are lovely - always polite friendly and most importantly punctual in their response. Shoutout to Lucy, Helen, Eleanor and Rhianna! Honestly what more could you want ?!?!?!
