What size are your staff ID cards?

Our staff ID cards are the standard size of a credit card (86x54mm). We can also print on your door access cards.

How quickly can I receive my staff ID cards?

Our portal operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with dispatch typically taking between 3-6 working days.

Does CardHero keep my designs for future orders?

Yes, CardHero saves your designs for future use.

How do I provide artwork?

Once you've made an enquiry, you’ll be able to submit your artwork. We will then create your design using our software. If you have a print-ready design, we can also print directly from PDF files.

Can I add more credits?

Absolutely! You can easily top up by purchasing credits through CardHero. Generally, one credit equals one staff ID card.

How is the delivery charge calculated?

You pay a single upfront carriage fee for each package, which covers all deliveries until the credits on your portal are used up.

How are the ID cards delivered?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Orders of more than 15 ID cards are automatically upgraded to Courier Delivery with tracking. If you need an urgent delivery, feel free to contact us to arrange an upgrade.
