The IDP YMCKK Colour Ribbon is designed for use with the IDP Smart 81 printer, providing up to 500 high-quality prints per roll. It features a panel combination of YMCKK (Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, and two full-sized resin black panels), ensuring sharp, detailed barcodes, text, images, and consistently producing high quality prints. The dual resin black panels enhance colour precision and deliver outstanding results on both sides of your prints.

Please note, this ribbon is only compatible with the double-sided version of the IDP Smart 81 and must be used with retransfer film.

Storage

To get the most out of this product, we recommend using the ribbon within one year and storing it in a cool, dry environment absent dust and direct sunlight which can damage the panels from heat exposure. The precise lifespan of ribbon supplies will vary by manufacturer and model, but as a rule of thumb most manufacturers estimate that ribbons have a lifespan of up to one year. Once a ribbon has expired, the panels will start tearing during the printing process.
